Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years in data analysis and modeling, with 3+ years in leadership in the sports industry.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, ML, and data visualization.
• Strong programming in Python or R and SQL experience.
• Big data tech (Spark, Hadoop) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a comprehensive analytics strategy.
• Oversee collection, cleaning, and analysis of large athlete and fan datasets.
• Develop predictive models and performance metrics for coaches and management.
• Mentor a remote team of data scientists and analysts.
