Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B/payments or vendor operations.
• Proven 0-to-1 program building and scaling.
• Strong negotiation with vendors and executives.

• Builder mentality and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build the Spend Conversion function from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Capital One stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Own end-to-end vendor spend migration from analysis to activation.
• Partner with product, implementation, BD, and sales to bring workflows to market.
• Advise enterprise customers and translate goals into migration plans.
• Design an AI-native approach to supplier enablement.
• Establish operational rigor with tracking and incentives.
• Hire and coach a small team.
• Champion spend conversion internally and grow share-of-wallet.
