Job summary

AV is seeking a leader for all space product manufacturing with end-to-end accountability for transitioning a portfolio of ten space products from engineering development into scalable, high-reliability production.

Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing for Space, Cyber and Directed Energy Segment at AV, this role drives productization, accelerates production readiness, and delivers operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations with 6-8 years of management.
• Experience leading space hardware manufacturing at scale.
• Deep space manufacturing standards knowledge and mission assurance.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion).

Responsibilities

• Lead space product manufacturing across ~10 products, incl. readiness and delivery.
• Own material planning, scheduling, and supply chain coordination.
• Drive quality execution, defect reduction, and compliance.
• Align with Global Operations to implement standardized processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
