Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior/Staff Avionics Production Engineer to own the production strategy and execution for avionics hardware across spacecraft programs. You will build scalable manufacturing processes, lead a growing production engineering team, and partner with design engineering to drive manufacturability from concept through high-rate production.

The role requires deep hands-on manufacturing expertise in aerospace environments, strong leadership, and a track record of driving cost,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in production engineering for aerospace or high-reliability systems.
Experience leading avionics manufacturing programs from prototype to high-rate production.

Responsibilities

Own production engineering strategy and execution for avionics hardware.
Lead and mentor a team of avionics production engineers.
Drive manufacturability improvements from concept through production.
Develop work instructions for assembly, test, and integration of avionics subsystems.
Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure scalable, cost-effective manufacturing.
Coordinate with Supply Chain on vendor management and make/buy decisions.
