Job summary

Prime Group seeks a Director of Spa, Wellness & Experiences to lead signature spa and wellness offerings across two resort properties in Florida. Build programs that enhance guest experiences, drive revenue, and create a team that delivers with care.

The role requires 6+ years in spa/wellness leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and licensure where required. Upscale resort hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa operations and service standards across two resorts.

• Own spa menus, pricing, and packages; retire underperforming offerings.
• Lead and develop spa managers, therapists, and coordinators.
• Ensure all services are licensed, safe, and guest-ready.
