Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree or equivalent with focus on pharmaceutical relevant science (esp. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate others.
• Ability to propose creatively and independently, articulate, evaluate and drive innovations in DS/DP development.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and technical guidance across global development CMC and Operations.
• Builds networks and manages interfaces with stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborates with global SMEs and leaders across disciplines and sites.
• Develops and implements innovation strategies to expand MAS influence.
• Mentors and develops talent within the department.
• Recruits, retains and develops high-quality staff.
• Ensures compliance with training, safety, regulatory and GMP/GLP requirements.
