Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a pharmaceutical-related science with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading large groups and multi-site programs.
• Proven ability to propose and drive innovative DS/DP development.
• Broad understanding of pharmaceutical/analytical sciences and CMC.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and technical guidance for drug substance and product deliverables.
• Builds networks with global SMEs, leaders, and interfaces across development.
• Develops and implements innovation strategies to expand MAS scope.
• Mentors and develops talent; recruits and retains high-quality staff.
• Ensures compliance with training, safety, regulatory and ethics policies.
