Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemistry or chemical engineering with 10+ years in industry or academia.
• Experience leading groups of 10+ people.
• Proven ability to drive innovations in DS/DP development (process understanding).
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Expertise in API crystallization, API/intermediate isolation, and amorphous formulation development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance across global development CMC and Operations.
• Mentor and develop talent within the SSAE group.
• Recruit, retain and develop high-quality staff and build cross-functional networks.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand MAS influence and value.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage department budgets.
