Based in Washington, DC, the role will drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and real estate strategy.

Qualifications

• Oversees IWMS and data governance for global real estate portfolio.
• Collaborates with CoE Technology stream and regional stakeholders.
• Leads integration with enterprise systems (BMS, HR, ERP) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Owns, operates, and evolves the IWMS FM Systems as the authoritative real estate data source.
• Ensures data integrity, system reliability, and executive reporting across the portfolio.
• Partners with CoE Technology and global stakeholders to shape roadmaps and drive adoption.
