Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum five years experience in commercial SBA lending.
• Proven experience leading or managing employees.
• Demonstrated history of business development and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide strategy for Business Lending across Cape Cod 5.
• Represent the organization as the external face for small business and SBA lending.
• Achieve annual loan production and portfolio growth objectives.
• Monitor credit quality, risk, and SBA compliance; ensure controls and governance.
• Lead and develop the Business Lending team; coordinate cross-functionally.
