Job summary

La Rabida Children’s Hospital seeks an Associate Director of Skill Advancement Coaching Program to lead hiring, training and retention for the SC staff. You will provide ongoing training and support for new hires in their first year and assist with clinical supervision. The role requires Ph.D./Psy.

D. or LCSW/LCPC licensure in Illinois, plus five years of post-graduate experience with the target population and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Ph.D./Psy. D. or LCSW/LCPC. Psychologists and Social Workers must be licensed in Illinois. Psychologist must have completed an APA accredited internship in clinical child or pediatric psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provides hiring, training and retention for the full team of Coaches and leads new employee orientation and paperwork.
• Manages the program's QA process and ensures training resources meet needs.
• Plans didactic training for new hires and coordinates with DCFS on required trainings.
• Reviews data related to Coaching activities and outcomes.
