Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in C++ or a strong willingness to learn.
• 2+ years of directly managing high-performing Software Engineers.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Program, Data Science, etc.
• History of data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead an infrastructure team that serves the Simulation‑based Evaluation needs.
• Set the technical vision and direction for your team.
• Manage a medium‑sized team of junior and senior SWEs.
• Contribute production‑grade code and execute code reviews.
• Align plans for your team while influencing larger organizational strategy.
