Job summary

Slash is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team in the US. You will lead end-to-end servicing and collections for our new unsecured commercial charge card, partnering with Finance, Data, and Engineering to manage delinquencies, recoveries, and credit reporting.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in commercial loan or card operations, plus strong governance and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial loan or card servicing, collections, recovery, or credit operations.
• Experience designing controlled servicing processes in regulated or bank-partner environments.
• Strong documentation, approval, and audit discipline.
• Experience overseeing collection agencies, servicers, or third parties.
• Excellent judgement and communication balancing customer outcomes with compliance and loss mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own servicing policy and procedures across billing, delinquencies, settlements, and recoveries.
• Lead servicing execution at launch, including customer outreach and complex case resolution.
• Own receivables balances, statuses, and reconciliations with Finance and Data.
• Define KPIs, queues, reporting, and materials for Credit Committee.
• Govern backup and external servicers, including SLAs, data transfers, and continuity.
• Build the servicing organization, training, tooling roadmap, and staffing plan.
