Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Organizational Development, Management, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, process improvement, service optimization, or related discipline.
• Three years of leadership experience with cross-functional initiatives or teams.

• Lead the organization's Service Optimization capability and establish a consistent approach to transformation initiatives.
• Translate priorities into actionable transformation and optimization projects with measurable benefits.
• Develop governance, milestones, and performance measures for major initiatives.
