Job summary

You will own the integrated portfolio plan, oversee delivery execution, and provide clear reporting on status, risks and progress from Johannesburg North.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in portfolio/projects, programme, or project management.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into a prioritised portfolio.
• Experience in hybrid delivery environments and governance.
• Degree in Business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a clearly prioritised delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Balance the portfolio to include transformation, operational, and BAU work.
• Own the integrated portfolio plan and ensure governance across delivery teams.
• Provide clear, transparent reporting on portfolio status, risks and impact.
