Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the central technical support team, setting priorities and driving timely execution.
• Own complex equipment escalations by coordinating field service, engineering, and R&D.
• Oversee the initial Bromont customer project, coordinating technical support and service delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and training.
• Improve support processes and coordinate spare parts and resources.
• Lead customer meetings and ensure follow-through on service commitments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead and mentor the central technical support team, setting clear priorities and driving timely execution.
• Own complex equipment escalations, bringing together field service, engineering, and R&D to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee the initial Bromont customer project, coordinating technical support and service delivery.
• Guide the development of technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and team training.
• Improve support processes and coordinate resources and spare parts to meet customer needs.
• Lead customer meetings, communicate action plans, and ensure follow-through on service commitments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bring 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience and a strong understanding of wafer fabrication equipment.
• Use your technical leadership experience to coach and develop equipment engineering, field service, or support teams.
• Apply your troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex equipment issues and manage customer escalations.
• Combine clear communication with strong execution to move cross-functional projects through to completion.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Mandarin language skills would support collaboration with the Shanghai team.
• Valid U.S. work authorization, a valid passport, and availability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
