Job summary

EDB is seeking a senior security leader to own and scale our Security Operations and Security Engineering program. You will report to the CISO and shape threat detection, incident response, and preventive controls across people, platforms, and pipelines.

You will build and grow a global security program, working with Governance, Risk & Compliance and Application Security & Vulnerability Management, while partnering with IT and Product to embed security into roadmaps and acquired environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams and driving incident response programs.
• Proven ability to scale a security function during rapid growth.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business impact.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and engineering end-to-end.

• Lead insider threat and identity assurance programs with HR and Legal.
