Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as principal or principal-manager.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities across schools.
• Experience using data to drive school improvement and culture.
• Commitment to equity and family engagement.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohort of principals to drive school improvement.
• Design and implement training for school leaders.
• Monitor regional performance and report findings.
• Collaborate with regional teams on academics, culture and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
