Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with proven leadership in driving processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in educational or nonprofit environments is a plus.

• Lead school operations across facilities, safety, enrollment, and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting and multi-year campus planning with leadership.
• Manage operations staff and coordinate with vendors for services.
