Job summary

Ecowize USA in Bridgewater, VA is seeking a Sanitation Site Manager to lead sanitation operations at a food manufacturing facility. You will manage a team of sanitation professionals, ensure daily cleaning, sanitation, and production-readiness, and collaborate with area managers and customer leadership to drive safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, maintaining the Master Sanitation Schedule, using Ecowize tech platforms, and building strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership in food manufacturing or sanitation.
• Experience in USDA and/or FDA regulated facilities.
• Knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations and GFSI standards.
• Familiar with LOTO, HAZCOM, PPE, and chemical safety.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred or required by client.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop sanitation staff; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily sanitation operations and manage labor, costs, and scheduling.
• Use Ecowize systems (eQMS, Rippling, LMS, Google Workspace) to document and monitor activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as on-site primary contact.
