Job summary

The Senior Manager of Sales Excellence (COE) at Guitar Center Stores, Inc. leads the transformation of the CSC into a world-class sales organization by designing and scaling AI-based coaching, analytics, and operating models to drive revenue growth.

You will own coaching programs, customer experience, and performance insights for leadership teams. As a strategic leader, you’ll run the Sales Excellence Academy, develop playbooks and content, and partner across Marketing, IT, Training, and Product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, training development, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability designing and delivering sales skill content to large teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize AI-based coaching solutions with strategy and execution plans.
• Develop and evolve the Sales Excellence Academy and related content.
• Partner with marketing, training, IT, and vendors to align the customer journey.
• Create dashboards and measure program success.
