Agency Aurora is seeking a Head of Sales to lead its global sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in B2B SaaS, and a proven track record of managing sales strategies. The Sales team at Aurora is responsible for converting interest into revenue by educating, onboarding, and expanding our global customer base. We handle both inbound and outbound growth, and play a pivotal role in how clients experience our platform, how quickly they scale, and how long they stay. As the Head of Sales, you’ll own the entire sales engine—from pipeline development and team performance, to closing strategy, forecasting, and high-value client management. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, partnerships, and the executive team to ensure the sales team is aligned with Aurora’s growth targets.

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for the role is $48,000 - $150,000 USD per year. There is no cap on commissions in this role. As a sales role, this range provided is the role's On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that it includes both the base salary and target commissions/bonuses. This salary range is inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the selection process based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, location and application.
