Total Cash Compensation (TCC) for this position ranges from $114,500 to $171,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The low end includes a base pay of $80,100 and incentives of $34,400; the high end includes a base pay of $124,600 and incentives of $51,600. Incentives are not guaranteed and are subject to the sales bonus plan, which can change at Allstate's discretion.
Allstate Insurance Company seeks an experienced licensed Sales Leader to support the state of Oregon. The Sales Market Leader (SML) will assist Allstate Exclusive Agents in their business success, supporting over 55 agency owners with about 20% travel requirements. This is a home-based role, requiring residence in Oregon, with travel to agent offices and occasional conferences. The SML will help grow and sustain the distribution channel through consultations, business planning, staffing, and behavioral coaching.
