Job Title: Head of Sales – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)

Location: United States (Remote)

Our client, a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in early-stage cybersecurity startups with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
  • Lead and scale the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to refine messaging and align GTM strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Own sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role within early-stage cybersecurity startups.
  • Strong expertise in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and driving sales growth in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
