Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a Director of Training & Workforce Development to lead enterprise-wide training initiatives, shape workforce readiness, and strengthen the safety culture across Operations, Maintenance, and Safety teams.

The role reports to the VP of Safety & Security and collaborates with executive leadership and the global L&D team to ensure world-class training and career progression programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Safety Management, Transportation, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressivel experience in training, workforce development, or safety training environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing training programs.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide training and workforce development strategy aligned with safety and organizational goals.
• Design standardized training frameworks, competency models, and qualification standards across functions.
• Lead leadership development, onboarding, and career progression programs.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and senior leadership to support succession planning and workforce capability planning.
• Oversee instructor qualification, certification, and training quality.
