Job summary

The Greenery Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Safety to lead our company-wide safety strategy, strengthen our safety culture, and ensure employees return home safely each day.

You will partner with branch and executive leadership to drive regulatory compliance, manage risk, and develop impactful safety training across our operations. You will oversee inspections, investigations, and claims, lead safety meetings and programs, and serve as the safety expert at corporate events.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Experience in multiple branches or locations.
• Certifications such as CSP/CHST a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies across all branches.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT and local regulations compliance.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and auto claims.
• Provide safety training and onboarding programs.
• Represent the company at safety events and associations.
