Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's in safety or related field and 5+ years of safety management experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate safety management or similar.
• Experience with safety training and program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety department and mentor staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs across sites.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance in multi-state operations.
