Responsibilities

• Managing the coaching staff.
• Communicating with students, parents, and external partners.
• Managing the boathouse facility and equipment for safe training and competition.
• Exploring and potentially leading summer and auxiliary programming.
• Setting a vision for the program including boat selection, training, and racing strategies.
• Collaborating with admissions and college counseling to support athletes in the college process.
