Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive experience in leading engineering teams.
• Graduate degree preferred with substantial related experience.
• Strong track record in RF/microwave development and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering teams bridging technical strategy with execution.
• Hire, mentor, and develop staff while delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Direct RF, Mechanical, and Digital Design groups and manage cost, methods and staffing.
• Engage with customers, develop multi-year technology roadmaps, guide technical direction.
