Job summary

Metrea Aerospace seeks an experienced RF engineering leader to guide the ASIG team within EM&C, reporting to the Head of EM&C. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and ensure delivery of full‑stack RF capabilities for national security missions.

You will engage with customers, partners, and senior leadership, travel regularly, and drive enterprise‑wide technical decisions while fostering a culture of agility and accountability across Metrea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in RF engineering related to signals intelligence, electronic warfare, RF systems.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and guide a forward‑leaning RF engineering team within EM&C.
• Develop and communicate strategic goals; own progress reporting to Metrea Aerospace Management.
• Engage with external customers and partners to advance Metrea’s success; travel may be required.
• Collaborate across Metrea groups to co‑design full‑stack RF capabilities and policies.
