Stripe is seeking a Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue in the Americas. You will lead the regional SSA organization, defining engagement with customers around billing, monetization, and revenue management, from discovery through expansion.

You will build and scale a high-performing team of specialist architects and partner across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Product to accelerate adoption of Stripe’s Revenue Suite in the AMER region.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in technical sales or customer-facing technical roles in enterprise tech.
• 10+ years building and scaling pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
• Proven ability to connect technical strategy to commercial outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own AMER technical sales strategy for Stripe's Revenue Suite.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing SSA team.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize resources and shape territory strategies.
• Establish engagement models, playbooks, and reference architectures for Billing, Revenue Recognition, and related solutions.
• Advise executives and other decision-makers on modernizing monetization architectures.
• Guide customers from discovery through value realization and expansion.
• Translate customer needs into insights influencing Product and Engineering priorities.
• Represent the Revenue SSA organization in leadership forums.
