Job summary

Kinder's is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Operations (Retail and Alternative Channels) to lead order execution and customer service across retail channels. The role will partner with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and drive growth.

You will build and coach the Customer Operations team, manage risks, and improve processes to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or related roles, preferably in CPG/food.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of order-to-delivery, inventory, and retailer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Service processes for retail customers from order receipt to delivery.
• Lead the Customer Operations team to ensure accurate, timely order execution and proactive communication.
• Manage complex orders and escalations with clear ownership and resolution.
• Monitor inventory, shortages, and shipment risks; coordinate with Planning, Inventory, Warehousing and Logistics.
