Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking an IT Director to provide strategic leadership across the restaurant technology stack, aligning IT with business goals and driving guest experience.

The role oversees infrastructure, security, vendor relationships, and the Toast POS ecosystem while guiding digital initiatives and IT budgeting. This position requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, hospitality, or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant tech ecosystems (Toast, Harri, Ctuit).
• Experience leading IT strategy, budgeting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver an IT strategic plan aligned with goals.
• Administer and optimize Toast POS ecosystem and access controls.
• Manage third‑party systems and integrations; ensure revenue channel performance.
• Oversee infrastructure security, disaster recovery, and data backups.
• Lead technology configuration for openings and training staff.
• Manage hardware lifecycle and asset records.
• Supervise external IT teams and vendor relationships.
