Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Risk Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality, Safety and Compliance. You will leverage data, dashboards, and RMIS to monitor performance and identify safety trends.

The role involves administering support functions for YRC Safety, ensuring compliance with tribal, federal, state, and local regulations, and collaborating with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of EHS or related experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with RMIS and safety data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incident data in RMIS and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Track risk, safety, environmental, and reliability data; propose corrective actions.
• Analyze incident trends and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Manage third-party invoicing and forecast service costs.
• Develop training materials and support safety projects.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings for YRC Safety.
• Assist with other duties to support department operations.
