UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an AI Governance & Evaluation Analyst to steward the institute's AI governance program across healthcare, research, education, and administration. You will collaborate with project teams, governance committees, and partners to ensure responsible review, documentation, and monitoring of AI systems.

The role emphasizes setting standards, coordinating evaluations, maintaining audit-ready records, and guiding stakeholders through governance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, healthcare operations, clinical informatics, research administration, data analytics, technology governance, compliance, quality, program management, or related area.
• Experience coordinating complex projects, reviews, or governance processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake, triage, tracking, and documentation of AI use cases.
• Coordinate governance reviews, approvals, monitoring activities, and reassessments.
• Prepare agendas, case summaries, and review materials for governance committees.
• Maintain records of AI systems, vendors, approvals, risk classifications, and monitoring requirements.
• Track post-deployment performance and report significant issues.
• Coordinate AI-related vendor due diligence with relevant departments.
