Southeast Community College seeks a Director, Residential Student Experience to lead campus housing operations across Beatrice, Lincoln, and Milford. The role requires regular travel and strategic planning to foster a welcoming, safe living environment for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, business, human resources, human development theory, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience working with students in a college residence life environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Beatrice, Lincoln, and Milford campuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee college-wide residence hall programs across all campuses, ensuring student-centered processes.
• Manage room assignments, occupancy tracking, move-in/move-out, and housing eligibility verification.
• Coordinate on eRezLife housing platform functions and reporting needs.
• Supervise and train Resident Assistants in problem resolution and programming.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Residence Life programming model to support growth and retention.
• Collaborate with college teams on recruitment, marketing, and campus events.
