Qualifications

• Master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited program.
• At least four years of professional library public services experience.
• Experience teaching information literacy in in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs Research and Learning Division, setting priorities and policies.
• Leads information literacy instruction and outreach initiatives.
• Oversees library website, government documents, and division operations.
• Supervises division faculty, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Engages in collection development and liaison to academic departments.
