• Conduct in-depth research on topics related to stablecoins, macroeconomic policy, and financial markets, with a focus on how they influence product development and strategy.
• Analyze broader industry shifts—such as regulatory developments, liquidity changes, and user adoption trends—to guide strategic direction.
• Build models to evaluate the stability and risks of digital assets, as well as to identify emerging market opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of an internal research framework that supports data-informed decision-making and enhances product-market alignment.
• Stay connected with leading thinkers, institutions, and organizations shaping the future of digital money and finance.
• Share insights with internal stakeholders to guide investment, product, and risk-related decisions.
• Author research publications and contribute to industry discourse around digital assets and financial infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to turn research insights into real-world innovation.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in economics or quantitative research with a strong grasp of financial systems and/or digital assets.
• Familiar with stablecoins, decentralized finance (DeFi), and crypto market structure.
• Solid foundation in macroeconomics, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Skilled in quantitative methods and statistical tools to drive analysis and insight.
• Bonus: exposure to compliance, regulatory frameworks, or public policy in financial technology.
• Able to communicate complex research clearly across diverse audiences.
