Overview:

We are seeking a Political Opposition Research Director to lead and manage high-level opposition research for political campaigns nationwide. This is a senior role for someone with deep experience producing opposition research books and managing research teams under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of opposition research efforts
• Analyze public records, voting history, financial disclosures, speeches, and donations
• Develop full-scale Opposition Research Books on political opponents
• Supervise a team of researchers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Monitor media, social platforms, and public statements for opposition targets
• Collaborate with campaign teams to deploy findings effectively and strategically
• Maintain strict legal compliance in all research activities

Required Qualifications:

• Must have direct experience creating Political Opposition Research Books (no exceptions)
• At least 5 years of experience in political campaigns or opposition research
• Proven ability to manage research teams and multitask in high-pressure environments
• Deep investigative expertise, including public records, court filings, and databases
• Proficiency in tools such as LexisNexis, FEC filings, and political data sources
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills with political judgment
• Strong communication and collaboration with campaign leadership
