Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to lead analytics strategy and delivery across Replenishment, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management. You will translate complex questions into scalable BI products—dashboards, models, and self-service tools—to improve service levels, reduce waste, and optimize inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive analytics/BI experience, with 2+ years leading a team
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling), SQL, and Excel
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain concepts: replenishment, forecasting, inventory turns, service levels, DC/store flow, shelf life, and shrink
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analytics deliverables
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI roadmap for Supply Chain in alignment with Inventory Management, Replenishment, Demand Planning, and IT priorities
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Supply Chain dashboards and reports in Power BI and adjacent tools
• Partner with Merchandising, Store Ops, DC Ops, and Finance to ensure metrics are consistent, trusted, and actionable
• Embed with Demand Planners and Replenishment Analysts to convert pain points into BI solutions
• Support programs with analytics for pilots, go-lives, and post-implementation performance monitoring
• Deliver executive-ready insights for SteerCo and cross-functional reviews
