Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to lead analytics strategy and delivery across Replenishment, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management. You will translate business questions into scalable BI products like dashboards, models, and self‑service tools that improve service levels and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate blends storytelling, technology, and operations, partnering broadly to frame the right questions and coach teams for sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years analytics/BI experience with 2+ years leading a team.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling), SQL, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain concepts including replenishment and forecasting.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured analytics deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI roadmap for Supply Chain aligned with key functions.
• Lead BI delivery for dashboards and reports in Power BI and related tools.
• Mentor and develop business analysts and partner across functions.
• Champion data governance and self-service BI adoption.
• Embed with planners and store ops to convert pain points into BI solutions.
• Deliver executive-ready insights for SteerCo and cross-functional reviews.
