Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive relationship marketing for Consumer Lending and Payments/Card portfolios in the U.S. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop integrated omnichannel campaigns, and partner with agencies to maximize client growth and retention.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, rigorous campaign governance, and Workfront-based workflow management across multiple channels and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant financial services marketing experience.
• Experience leading marketing strategy, operations, project management, and campaign performance reporting.
• Regulated marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead timelines.
• Advanced proficiency with Workfront preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of relationship marketing campaigns—across paid and owned channels—focusing on deepening and retaining our business client relationships.
• Independently manage and understand work and resource planning for consumer lending and payments marketing projects in Workfront, including daily status updates and prioritization.
• Develop briefs and collaborate with agency partners, vendors and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
• Take accountability for ROMI and campaign performance analysis; produce regular reports for leadership.
• Manage budgets and accounts payable and ensure alignment with annual plans.
