ROLLINGHILLS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee daily operations of the rehab department across designated facilities. You will supervise PT/OT/SLP staff, coordinate schedules, and implement new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.

The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving quality care for inpatient and outpatient populations. Travel to facilities may be required, and a strong leadership background is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Rehabilitation and/or related field is required.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care software.
• Experience supervising PT/OT/SLP staff and coordinating rehabilitation services.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise PT/OT/SLP therapists, assistants, aides and students.
• Daily department scheduling to meet facility needs.
• Ensure rehabilitation services meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Provide input for staff performance evaluations and training needs.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed.
