Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee operations and clinical aspects of rehabilitation programs at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard and St. John’s Hospital in Camarillo. You will lead patient-centered care, drive program excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate care with physicians, and pursue continuous improvement to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business or healthcare-related field required, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of varied clinical experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a rehab setting required.
• Experience in facility-wide integration and collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and clinical aspects of rehabilitation programs at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
• Oversee rehabilitation staff, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety.
• Lead coordination of care, scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement in patient-centered care.
