You will lead regulatory submissions, foster external collaboration, and align scientific efforts with business goals.

The role requires a Ph.D. plus 10 years in molecular sciences within agriculture or a regulated sector, with proven leadership, strategic thinking, and strong regulator engagement.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Plant Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and delivery of regulatory goals across global jurisdictions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex molecular science concepts to regulators and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of experts in global regulatory science to develop methodologies and support regulatory aspects of molecular sciences for Vylor products.
• Co-lead global regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives and balance portfolio priorities.
• Provide guidance for development, validation, and implementation of molecular characterization and detection methods.
