Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Molecular Sciences Leader to drive global regulatory science strategies for molecular technologies in crop biotech. You will lead cross-functional experts, shape regulatory submissions, and engage regulators worldwide to advance product development and commercialization.

The role combines scientific leadership with regulatory strategy, external engagement, and team development within the Global Regulatory Sciences leadership. A Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Plant Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline with 10 years of industry work experience in molecular sciences serving the agriculture industry or related regulated sector.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive cross functional teams and deliver regulatory goals.
• Experience interacting with multiple global jurisdictions and understanding of plant biotech regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts in global regulatory science to develop methodologies, conduct studies, answer regulatory questions, and support regulatory aspects of molecular sciences for Vylor products.
• Co-lead global regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives and guide portfolio priorities and execution.
• Provide guidance for development, validation and implementation of molecular characterization and detection methods under regulatory standards.
• Represent the company with regulators, research institutions, and industry groups to shape regulatory frameworks.
