Job summary

TreviPay is seeking a Director of Receivables & Collections Strategy to own the strategy, standards, and performance discipline of receivables across the client portfolio. You will partner with Credit & Risk and CX leaders to align risk, collections, and client relationships while guiding DSO, aging, and write-offs through standardized playbooks and tooling.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, with a focus on scalable processes, portfolio forecasting, and a unified receivables

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership across multi-client receivables.
• Deep command of AR portfolio management, exposure control, and DSO/past-due/write-offs.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability to drive standards through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the receivables performance standard across the full client portfolio.
• Set segmentation and treatment strategy, dunning cadences, and escalation playbooks.
• Own collections and write-off treatment standards and operational exposure management.
• Translate portfolio behavior scoring and risk analytics into collections prioritization and standards.
• Define collections tooling, automation, and process standards.
• Establish reporting standards and a single view of portfolio health for leadership.
