Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies seeks a leader to drive the Real-world Evidence (RWE) program. You will define the data strategy, oversee the RWD platform, and build a cross-functional team spanning product, analytics, engineering, and medical affairs to demonstrate the clinical utility and value of Adaptive’s products.

You will establish the evidence roadmap, guide data governance, manage external and internal partnerships, and communicate scientific insights to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced quantitative degree required.
• Extensive real-world data or health data experience.
• Experience managing subordinate managers.
• Ability to define and execute a real-world data strategy.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across product, analytics, engineering, and business.
• Deep understanding of real-world data sources (EHRs, claims, registries, genomic data).
• Proven reproducible coding practices and scalable analytics.
• Strong communication with executive, scientific, clinical, and partner audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise data strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
