Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Group Manager of Real Estate Strategy, Operation Design and Construction to bridge creative vision with physical execution.

You will drive store development roadmaps, maintain Design Intent from concept through opening, and lead end-to-end real estate initiatives for innovative retail locations. You will translate high-level concepts into actionable construction documents, manage complex multi-stage developments, and coordinate with Brand Creative, architects, and contractors

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Store Development or Architectural Management experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically around 30–40%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong executive presence with ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Drive annual store expansion and remodel strategy while preserving brand aesthetics.
• Design-to-Build Translation: Lead the conversion of design concepts into actionable construction documents.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end retail real estate development with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Vendor Orchestration: Manage relationships with architectural firms and external project teams.
• Process Innovation: Introduce new materials or standards to speed builds and improve workflows from concept to key.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align Brand Creative and Retail Real Estate to resolve conflicts between design goals and constraints.
