Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation is seeking an accomplished Head of Branch Real Estate & Facilities to lead strategy for a 1,100+ branch portfolio across 16 states. You will own the lease portfolio, drive site selection, negotiate high-value leases, and oversee branch build-out and maintenance with a focus on cost control and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of corporate real estate, leasing, or facilities management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience leading managers or teams.
• Real estate license or professional designation preferred.
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting preferred.
• Strong negotiation and financial acumen.
• Ability to use data to drive executive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven vendor management and multi-site project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for a multi-year real estate portfolio aligned with growth objectives.
• Own lease portfolio pipeline including expirations, relocations, and closures.
• Lead site selection, LOIs, and high-value lease negotiations.
• Oversee branch build-out, vendor strategy, and permit/compliance needs.
• Develop budgets and report portfolio metrics to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the real estate and facilities teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on branding and branch modifications.
